Ukyo is a man devoted to good behavior, safety and healthy living. It happened one night that he was walking down the street after work at the precinct. It was entering the wee hours of the morning, and WELL~. He saw there was still one light burning on the block between himself and home. And so, he let himself right in, and found miss Nanette up ever so late, studying or... well I'unno. Something. ANYHOW. He's gently reminding this young lady, who he's never met, that it's important to go to bed at a reasonable time in order to live a healthy, happy life. And to not get spankinz. :I Enjoy!
