Another OC I've never gotten to draw til now~ This is Raincloud, a lightning witch who doesn't have great control over her powers. She's stressed and skittish and easily scared, but you might want to think twice about scaring her. A startled Raincloud lets out uncontrolled bursts of lightning!

Currently shes learning to be a better witch under someone named Sabasa, who is just off screen, making rhyming threats the way all good witches do~
