This Doctor is the Fourteenth Doctor.

The idea for this drawing came from the end of "The Giggle", in which the Fourteenth Doctor (portrayed by David Tennant, "Ten Again" ) goes home with Donna Noble and family to rest. They're Time Lords - they do rehab out of order! I think this is what Donna might have in mind for a sound therapy session.
